By all accounts, our stress levels are not getting better. In fact, people may actually be getting more tolerant of high stress levels. Listen to episode #5 about the harm stress does us, then come back and listen to what we need to do to decrease the stress in our lives. We need to know that 3 “whats” – what causes us stress, what happens when we get stressed and what do we do to destress.

I encourage you to take some time this week and look at your stress, go through these steps, and figure out your best plan of action to destress so you can achieve more.
